For the first quarter of its financial year ending 31 December 2019 (Q1 FY2019), Sime Darby Plantation (SD Plantation) Group recorded a profit before tax (PBT) of RM125 million, 64 percent lower compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Quarter ended 31 March 2018).
